Terms and Conditions
- The British Bird of Prey Centre reserves the right to vary the content and format of any event, experience, course or workshop, without notice, if necessary due to animal welfare or health.
- The British Bird of Prey Centre reserves the right to postpone an experience with reasonable cause (e.g. dangerous/unsuitable weather conditions). In the event of a reschedule you will be offered an alternative date. The British Bird of Prey Centre will give as much notice as possible; however this cannot always be guaranteed. The British Bird of Prey Centre cannot cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs if the scheduled date is cancelled/re-arranged. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover any possible financial shortfalls
- The British Bird of Prey Centre will not be responsible for any injury, or loss caused through any injury suffered on an experience day resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, requests, or failure to properly use the safety equipment (falconry glove) as instructed.
- Entry to the National Botanic Garden of Wales and The British Bird of Prey Centre is complimentary with your private experience booking. This offer is not in conjunction with any other offer with the National Botanic Garden of Wales and The British Bird of Prey Centre including the ‘7 day bounce back’ and Membership
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled experience, we will issue you a full refund.
- If you contact us more than 14 days from your booking, we will rearrange your date free of charge.
- If it is less than 14 days, we will try to rebook your slot. If we achieve this then you can choose an alternative date, otherwise your original booking will remain
- If you cannot make your experience, you can give it to someone else
- These changes only apply to your original booking. Once your booking has been changed once, no further changes can be made
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
- The British Bird of Prey Centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
