Free Entry for Teachers this Half Term

As restrictions ease and the new curriculum is introduced we want schools to know how a visit to us can be especially helpful in achieving the core purposes of supporting learners to become:

Ambitious, capable, learners ready to learn throughout their lives

School teaching staff members can have free access to the Gardens and Bird of Prey Centre between 19th and 27th February. (A saving of £16.50). You can explore the Gardens and watch the birds of prey show at 1.30pm. 
We want you to be inspired by our environment and to help you create lessons that will motivate and challenge your pupils and achieve your core purposes. 
To take advantage of this offer send an email from your school email address to telling us your name, the name of your school and local authority.
Once we have received your request we will send you an email ticket which you will need to show on arrival at the Gardens. We will be collecting the email addresses on behalf of the National Botanic Garden of Wales and The British Bird of Prey Centre. You are giving consent to receive information about our education programmes and any special offers.
On the day staff will be on hand to show you around the facilities and discuss teaching options in more detail.

  • Offer applies from 19th  - 27th February 2022. 10am - 4pm
  • Tickets include free entry to the National Botanic Garden of Wales and The British Bird of Prey Centre and flying display
  • Applies to Teachers in Wales only
  • Ticket requests must be sent from school/hwb email address
  • Tickets must be shown on entry
  • Family members are welcome to accompany teachers, normal admission prices apply
